Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you browse or interact with this website, in plain language.

The short version
- This is an information site about EON Esports. There is nothing to buy, no account to create, and nothing for you to publish here.
- Read it, link to it and quote it with credit. Please don’t copy it wholesale, scrape it in bulk, or present our content as your own.
- Rosters, fixtures and results change constantly. We work to keep them right, but we don’t guarantee every entry is current the moment you read it.
- Anything you send us through the contact form is not confidential, and sending it creates no agreement between us.
- Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you — these terms do not, and cannot, sign away your statutory protections.
Who these terms are from
EON Esports is an unincorporated esports organisation based in Belgium. These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing it you accept them; if you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.
How we handle personal data is a separate document — our Privacy Policy — and what is stored in your browser is covered by our Cookie Policy. Both form part of your use of this site alongside these terms.
What this site is
It presents information about our organisation: our teams and players, our match results and tournament placements, our achievements, our published content, our partners, and how to get in touch.
It is deliberately not several other things, and it is worth being explicit about them. There are no public user accounts, nothing is sold here, there is no shop, no payment of any kind, no downloadable software, and no way for visitors to post content — no comments, no forums, no uploads. The only thing you can send us is a message through the contact form.
Using the site
You may read, browse, link to and share any public page. You do not need our permission to link to us, and you may quote a reasonable extract with credit and, where practical, a link back.
Please do not:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site, its admin area, its database or its hosting;
- work around the contact form’s rate limit, or use it to send bulk, repeated, misleading or unlawful messages;
- impersonate us, our players or our staff, or present yourself as speaking for the organisation;
- use our name, logo or imagery in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement or affiliation that does not exist;
- republish substantial parts of the site as your own, or mirror it in whole or in part;
- collect personal information about our players or staff from these pages for any purpose they have not agreed to.
Automated access
Some published content on this site is readable through a public programming interface, because that is how the site itself is built. We would rather be straightforward about it than pretend otherwise.
Reasonable, low-volume automated access — a search engine, an accessibility tool, a researcher, a fan project — is fine. Bulk extraction is not. Please do not scrape the site or its interface at a rate or volume that burdens it, build a substantial copy of our data, or use it to train or populate a commercial product without asking us first. Our robots.txt asks crawlers to stay out of the interface and the admin area; please honour it. If you want to do something more than incidental with our data, get in touch — the answer is often yes.
We may rate-limit, block or otherwise restrict access that damages the service for everyone else.
Content and ownership
The written content, photography, design, layout and branding of this site belong to EON Esports or to the people who licensed them to us. Our name and logo are ours.
Third-party names are not ours, and we make no claim to them. Game titles, publishers, tournament and league names, broadcast platforms and the names and logos of our partners all belong to their respective owners. They appear here only to identify the games we compete in, the competitions we enter and the organisations we work with. Their presence on this site is not a claim of ownership and does not imply that those owners endorse us.
If you believe something published here infringes your rights, tell us through the contact form or at contact@eonesports.gg with enough detail to identify it, and we will review it promptly and remove or correct it where we should.
Messages you send us
When you use the contact form, please keep three things in mind.
It is not confidential. Do not send us trade secrets, anyone else’s confidential information, or personal details about a third party who has not agreed to it. If you send us a proposal, an idea or a suggestion, we are free to consider and act on similar ideas without owing you anything for it — which is not a licence to take your work, simply an honest statement that we cannot treat unsolicited ideas as secret.
It creates no agreement. A partnership proposal, a trial request or an application to join a roster does not form a contract, a commitment or an offer on our part, however it is worded or however we reply. Any actual arrangement would be a separate, explicit agreement.
We may not reply. We read what arrives and we answer what we can, but we do not promise a response or a timeframe.
Accuracy and availability
Competitive information changes constantly. Rosters move, fixtures are rescheduled, and results arrive before they are official. Win, loss and draw outcomes are worked out from the scores we record rather than entered by hand, which makes them consistent but still dependent on the scores being right.
We make a genuine effort to keep the site accurate and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them or when you tell us about them. We do not warrant that every entry is complete, accurate or up to date at the moment you read it, and you should not rely on this site as the official record of any competition — the organiser of that competition is.
We may change, reorganise, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Parts of the site depend on outside platforms that can fail independently of us.
Links and embedded players
This site links out to other platforms, and can play streams and videos hosted by Twitch and YouTube once you press play. We don’t control those services and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their practices. Once you activate a player or follow a link, that platform’s own terms and privacy policy apply to what happens there — see our Cookie Policy for what that means in practice.
If you are under 18
Anyone may read this site. If you are under 16, please see the note in our Privacy Policy before sending us a message. If you are under 18 and contacting us about playing or creating for the organisation, involve a parent or guardian — any arrangement with a minor needs their agreement, and we will ask for it.
Our responsibility, and its limits
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it — for example from relying on a result or a roster that turned out to be out of date, or from the site being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. That includes liability for fraud or intentional wrongdoing, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and any other liability Belgian or EU law does not permit us to disclaim. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by anything written here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law, and the courts of Belgium have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country’s mandatory consumer law, or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the organisation and the site develop. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the “last updated” date above changes with it. If a change is significant we will say so rather than rely on a silent edit.
Contact
Questions about these terms, a rights complaint, or a request to do something with our content can be sent through the contact form or by email to contact@eonesports.gg.
