ΞØN Esports is a competitive esports organisation built around ambition, community and long-term growth. Founded with the goal of creating an environment where talented players can compete, improve and represent something bigger than themselves, ΞØN continues to expand across multiple regions while building its identity both in and outside of competition.
From tournament results to content, community and events, everything we do is focused on building an organisation that players and supporters can be proud to represent.
Our mission is to provide talented players and teams with the support, structure and opportunities they need to compete at their highest level. We aim to build competitive rosters, create memorable moments for our community and establish ΞØN as a respected name within esports through consistent performance, professionalism and passion.
Our vision is to grow ΞØN into an internationally recognised esports organisation with competitive teams across multiple regions and titles. We want to create opportunities for emerging talent, compete at the highest levels available to us and build a sustainable organisation that continues to evolve alongside the esports industry.
The people
ΞØN Esports Founder
Bleh founded ΞØN Esports in December 2025 with the goal of building a competitive, professional, and player-focused organisation. Alongside overseeing the organisation’s teams, branding, and overall direction, his work with Rematch Esports provides him with valuable experience in tournament operations and the wider competitive scene.
Team Manager EU
Since joining in July 2026, Tez’s impact has been felt immediately. Supporting both our South American and European teams, while also contributing to graphics and other behind-the-scenes operations, he has quickly become an invaluable part of ΞØN’s management team.

Milestones
December 2025
ΞØN Esports is established, marking the beginning of the organisation and its journey within competitive esports.
January 2025
ΞØN begins competing regularly with it's pre-existing roster and establishing a presence within the growing competitive Rematch scene.
February 2026
After months of development and consistent competition, ΞØN's main European roster reaches Tier 2 status for the first time.
Early April 2026
ΞØN Esports joins Flow Riders, with the roster becoming part of the organisation's academy project.
Late April 2026
After a short period under Flow Riders, ΞØN becomes an independent organisation once again, bringing the Flow Rising roster with it and beginning a new chapter under the ΞØN name.
Late May 2026
Following the departures of Astral17 and Lotto, ΞØN's roster comes to an end. Several rebuilds are explored, but none develop into a long-term lineup, leading the organisation to step away from competition temporarily.
Late July 2026
After a few months of downtime, ΞØN Esports began rebuilding with a renewed focus and stronger ambitions. The organisation first expanded into South America with the signing of a new roster, before quickly following it up with an established Tier 1 European lineup. With new teams, new momentum and a clear direction forward, ΞØN officially returned stronger than ever.
Where we came from
ΞØN Esports was founded in December 2025 with a simple goal: build something competitive, recognisable and worth representing.
What began as a small esports project quickly developed into a growing organisation with ambitions beyond a single roster. Throughout 2026, ΞØN began establishing itself within the competitive Rematch scene, fielding teams, supporting players and steadily building its presence across tournaments and events.
As the organisation grew, so did its reach. ΞØN expanded beyond its original European roots into South America and Spain, bringing together players and staff from different regions under one identity. Alongside competition, the organisation continued developing its content, branding, community and infrastructure behind the scenes.
ΞØN is still at the beginning of its story. Every roster, result, event and new member adds another chapter as we work towards becoming an established international esports organisation.

Our goal is to establish ΞØN as a consistent contender at the highest level of competition. We want to build and support rosters capable of challenging for tournament wins, representing the organisation at major events and competing internationally. As ΞØN continues to grow, our focus remains on long-term development, strong results and creating the environment our players need to perform at their best.
Off it
ΞØN is more than the teams competing under its name. We want to build a community that players, staff and supporters are proud to be part of. Through content, events, broadcasts and interaction with our supporters, our aim is to bring people closer to the organisation and give them a reason to follow the journey alongside us.
