Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect personal data submitted through this website.

Placeholder copy. This page must be reviewed and replaced with a policy approved by EON Esports before launch.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address and message you provide, along with any optional details such as your organisation or a reference link. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.

To stop the form being abused we also keep a short-lived counter of recent submissions. It is stored against a one-way cryptographic hash, so no IP address, browser fingerprint or tracking identifier is recorded anywhere, and the counter cannot be linked back to an individual visitor. Browsing the rest of the site requires no account and collects nothing about you.

Why we collect it

Contact details are used solely to respond to your enquiry — partnership requests, press questions, player enquiries and general messages. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting relationship, then removed on a periodic review cycle.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, use the contact form and describe what you need.

Third-party services

The content pages can play video and streams from Twitch and YouTube. Nothing is requested from either platform until you press the control that says so — scrolling past a player contacts nobody. Once you activate one, the platform behind it applies its own privacy policy to anything it collects. Instagram and X posts are shown as our own summary cards that link out, so those platforms are contacted only if you follow the link.
